AAA Zine Club: past-present-futures edition

A zine-making workshop

Thursday 28 September, 1-4pm

Lounge Area (north end of Library)
Massey University Library (Level F, Block 5)
Massey University Wellington, Pukeahu Campus

Long before AAA, Kerry Ann Lee made fanzines that were a fun and freeing way to process and articulate a space between cultures and connect with others. Her work over the past two decades through her practice and project, Red Letter Distro, has supported the growth of zines and independent publishing in Aotearoa and overseas. In this zine-making workshop, participants were invited to join Kerry Ann to take inspiration from both letters to past selves, and time capsules to future folks, to explore past, present and future hopes and dreams, plans and schemes.

FREE and all welcome, especially members of Seat at The Table WEGC Asian Club! Materials, snacks and refreshments were provided. Those with Asian whakapapa are especially encouraged to join.

Space for this workshop was limited to 16 people.
